Delete inside the app

  1. Open Vainakh Tower.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.
Account deletion cannot be undone. If you purchased a subscription, also manage or cancel it through Google Play. Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel store billing.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@vainakh.app with the subject Vainakh Tower account deletion. Include your in-app nickname and any non-sensitive details that can help us locate the correct account. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or identification documents unless we specifically explain why they are legally required.

We will respond if we need more information and process a verifiable request within 30 days.

Data covered by deletion

Depending on the features you used, deletion covers the Vainakh Tower profile and username reservation, game progress and server sessions, social relationships, messages, reports, multiplayer records, and legacy uploaded app media associated with the account.

Information that may remain

Google Play and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own legal and accounting obligations. We may retain limited information where required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or already aggregated or anonymized so it can no longer reasonably identify you.
