1. Agreement
These Terms and Community Rules apply to Vainakh Tower and other Services provided by Vainakh Studios Ltd. By using a Service, you agree to these terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Community and online multiplayer areas are not intended for children under 13. You are responsible for activity associated with your device and account and for keeping access to them secure. Do not impersonate another person or choose a deceptive, abusive, or infringing identity.
3. Community conduct
Do not post, send, or encourage:
- Threats, harassment, bullying, hate, or targeted abuse.
- Sexual content, graphic violence, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Personal or confidential information belonging to another person.
- Spam, scams, malicious links, impersonation, or misleading commercial activity.
- Illegal content or material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
4. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
You can report users, messages, or content and block other users through available in-app controls. We may review reports, remove content, invalidate scores, restrict features, suspend access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests. Moderation systems and reports can make mistakes; contact contact@vainakh.app if you believe an action was incorrect.
5. Fair play and service integrity
Do not tamper with the app, automate play, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate scores or purchases, access another user’s information, interfere with multiplayer sessions, overload the Service, or bypass security and eligibility controls. Tell us privately if you discover a security problem.
6. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscription management and refund eligibility are handled through Google Play, subject to applicable law. Purchase features may also rely on RevenueCat to verify entitlements.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, moderate, and remove that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service. You must have permission to submit the content you provide.
8. Our content
The Service, branding, software, artwork, text, and other materials provided by Vainakh Studios or its licensors are protected by applicable laws. These terms allow personal use of the Service; they do not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution.
9. Availability and changes
Features may change, be unavailable, or be retired. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, maintenance, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your Vainakh Tower account through App Settings.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep them reliable and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every error will be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Services or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
