DAMEER is a private organizer for money, property and commitments you choose to record as due to another person. You decide what to record. The app has no account, ads, analytics, cloud service or Internet permission.

Your records stay on your phone

Vainakh Studios Ltd. does not receive your obligations, names, amounts, notes, dates or reminders. The app does not upload records, contact lists, location, identifiers, usage data or crash reports. Records are stored on your device; sensitive stored fields are encrypted using Android Keystore-backed authenticated encryption.

Local protection and deletion

You may enable Android biometric or device credential authentication. DAMEER does not store your fingerprint, face data or a custom password. Local encryption and an app lock have limits: an unlocked or compromised device, device screenshots, keyboards or other device services can expose information.

Delete individual records or use Settings → Delete all DAMEER data. Resolved records leave the active database immediately; the brief Undo copy exists in app memory. Automatic Android backup is disabled. Uninstalling the app or losing access to its local key can permanently destroy your records. There is no cloud recovery or export in this version. Deletion is logical application deletion, not a guarantee of forensic erasure from flash storage.

Notifications and reminders

Reminders and daily review are optional. Notification permission is requested only when you choose to enable them. Obligation notifications hide the person's name, amount and description by default. You can choose to show details. Notification delivery is controlled by Android and can be delayed.

Buying the app

DAMEER is a one-time paid download through Google Play. All included app features are available after installation. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or donation buttons. The app contains no billing or payment SDK and receives no card information or purchase identifiers.

Google Play processes the app purchase under its own terms and privacy policy. Vainakh Studios Ltd. receives the sales, financial reports and any order information Google makes available to developers for administration, refunds, accounting and applicable legal duties. These are separate from your private local obligations.

This website

Visiting this policy involves normal website hosting requests, which may include your IP address and browser information. This policy page adds no analytics or advertising trackers. Website hosting does not give the studio access to the records stored in the Android app.

Your contact and choices

For privacy, support or transaction questions, contact contact@vainakh.app. Do not email sensitive obligation information unless you choose to share it. Emails you send us are handled to respond to your request and are separate from the app's storage.

Scope and updates

DAMEER does not determine whether a religious, legal, financial or moral obligation exists. It is not a contract, payment service for recorded obligations, lender, debt collector or legal record system.
