Capture, preview, export

  1. Open the camera and grant Camera permission for recording. Microphone access is optional.
  2. Record a clip or choose media with Android's picker. Choose the speed and processing settings.
  3. Preview the result, then render the full movie. Keep the app's processing notification available.
  4. Use Save on the result screen. Look in Gallery's Movies/Hyperlapse folder, or use Share to choose a recipient.

Processing was interrupted

Reopen the app when the phone is cool. Retained recordings and checkpoints can support recovery. Do not uninstall or clear storage while trying to recover footage. A confirmed Discard action intentionally removes app-owned source data.

The phone feels warm

Video decoding, motion analysis and encoding can take substantial time. The app monitors thermal status and can pause or stop safely. Let the device cool when requested, keep enough storage available and avoid repeated simultaneous exports.

The result still shakes or looks blurred

Try an appropriate speed and smoothness setting on the preview. Strong parallax, blur already present in the recording, large turns and limited crop can restrict correction. The app uses 2D stabilization and does not reconstruct a 3D scene or recover missing sharp detail.

Save or share failed

Keep the completed app-owned movie and check available storage. Retry Save after space is available. A failed save should not be treated as a verified Gallery backup. Gallery copies and app-owned exports are separate files.

Before clearing data or changing installations

Save and verify completed movies, and separately copy any originals you want to keep. Development-signed and publisher-signed builds may not update one another. Do not uninstall to solve a signature mismatch until important originals and unfinished work are safely backed up.

Privacy and notices

Read the privacy policy. Offline privacy and third-party notices are accessible from the app's advanced settings; privacy and Library remain accessible when camera permission is denied.
