What online data exists
TimberTilt uses an anonymous Google Firebase identity when you participate in online 1-on-1 racing. We do not require an email address, password, or public profile. The online data associated with your installation consists of:
- An anonymous player identifier (UID) generated by Firebase Authentication.
- Temporary matchmaking lobby and race-room records in Firebase Realtime Database.
- In-game virtual ball coordinates and finish timestamps during active matches.
Option 1: Request deletion from within the app
- Open TimberTilt on your device.
- Tap the quiet Settings icon (bottom-right of the screen).
- Select Privacy & licenses.
- Tap Request data deletion. Your default email app will open with a pre-filled request containing your anonymous Online ID.
- Send the email to submit your deletion request.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to contact us directly:
- Send an email to contact@vainakh.app.
- Set the subject line to: TimberTilt data deletion request.
- If you still have the app installed, include your anonymous Online ID (accessible via Settings > Privacy & licenses > Copy online ID).
- If you do not have your Online ID, let us know that you have uninstalled the app and request verification guidance.
Data deletion processing and timeframe
Upon receipt of a verifiable deletion request, we will permanently delete the associated Firebase Authentication identity and purge any remaining records from the Firebase Realtime Database within 30 days.
